The Bridal Blueprint is a one-on-one strategy session curated specifically for newly engaged couples who want guidance before diving into the planning process. During this personalized consultation, we'll create a clear roadmap for your wedding, including budget recommendations, planning priorities, vendor booking timelines, and actionable next steps. Think of it as your wedding planning foundation which gives you clear confidence and direction to move forward with ease and intention.
When is the best time to schedule a session?
The earlier, the better! We recommend scheduling your BB session within the first few weeks to months of getting engaged and certainly before booking major vendors or making any significant planning decisions. Starting with a solid strategy can help you avoid costly mistakes, maximize your budget, and ensure you're prioritizing the elements that matter most for your wedding. However, even if you've already begun planning, BB can help refine your direction and fill in any gaps in your plan.
Can My BB Investment Be Applied Toward a Planning Collection?
Yes! BB is designed to provide immediate value while also serving as an introduction to the Urbanica Luxury Events experience. Sessions start at $500 and your BB investment may be applied to our Coordination Collection within 30 days of your session. This exclusive benefit allows you to execute planning with guidance then hand the reins back over to us for professional wedding day management.
What is included in BB?
Your BB session includes (1) a personalized 90-minute planning consultation virtual or in-studio - with our lead wedding planner, (2) a customized wedding budget framework, (3) vendor booking recommendations and timelines, (4) planning priority guidance, and (5) a tailored action plan designed around your wedding vision. Following our session, you'll receive a recap with your next steps, resources, and recommendations to keep your planning process organized and on track, plus email support for up to seven (7) days post-session.
