The Event Assistant plays a key role in delivering a polished, seamless event experience.
This position supports the lead planner with on-site event coordination, including setup and styling, guest flow, vendor liaison, and real-time event management.
The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, professional, and has a calm, service-focused demeanor.
Events scheduled 2 weeks in advance; however, flexible hours and on-call availability may be required for select events.

Our in-house content creator is responsible for capturing high-quality, bts and live event content that reflects the brand and overall guest experience.
This role works on-site during and/or before events to document decor details, guest interactions, and key highlights through short-form video for social media marketing.
The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, understands social media trends, and can capture content discreetly while maintaining a polished, professional presence. Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content, and event environments is preferred.
