  • This role begins with shadowing and assisting the Lead Planner to learn internal systems, client experience standards, vendor relationships, and event execution protocols. Junior Planner will transition into leading select events, and managing their own clients from onboarding through event day.

    Responsibilities:
    Timely client communication, proposal development, project management, venue research, budget management, timeline creation, vendor coordination, and design implementation. The Junior Planner is expected to maintain brand standards, uphold a high-touch client experience, and ensure seamless execution.

  • Our in-house content creator is responsible for capturing high-quality, bts and live event content that reflects the brand and overall guest experience.

    This role works on-site during and/or before events to document decor details, guest interactions, and key highlights through short-form video for social media marketing.

    The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, understands social media trends, and can capture content discreetly while maintaining a polished, professional presence. Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content, and event environments is preferred.

    Events scheduled 2 weeks in advance; however, flexible hours and on-call availability may be required for select events.
