  • Our signature day-of coordination service ensures every detail unfolds seamlessly, allowing you to remain present and enjoy every precious moment. This includes:

    • Pre-event Consultation and timeline finalization (at least 1 month prior)

    • Venue Walkthrough (2-4 weeks prior)

    • Vendor Coordination (2-4 weeks prior)

    • Day-of Coordination (up to 8 hours)

    For weddings and events up to 150 guests.

  • Urbanica offers custom event styling and design services for weddings and intimate gatherings. Decor options include elegant floral arrangements, tablescape settings/styling, event backdrops, seating charts, personalized menus and more custom decor options.

We plan and coordinate sophisticated weddings in some of the Caribbean's most sought-after destinations, including Jamaica, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas. From intimate ceremonies to celebrations of up to 60 guests, we work closely with you and your dream destination venue to design a seamless and personalized wedding that is a true reflection of you and your fiancée.   • We focus on events in South Florida (Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Palm Beach). We are also open to inquires in other locations.

  • Our pricing varies as each event is a different experience. Tell us your needs and we will create a tailored quote for your event.

  • Yes! We have event insurance for weddings and events in the United States. We are happy to provide our COI to your wedding venue.

  • Our process is pretty straightforward, that way you can decide to be as inclusive or as hands-off as you like. We start by reviewing your event inquiry, then we’ll either send you a tailored proposal if we determine that the dates and event details are workable, or we’ll schedule a 1:1 consultation if we need more information to proceed. We’ll then work to create the event you’ve been dreaming about. Throughout the entire process, we are available by email or phone to answer any questions you may have.

    For smaller events, we can handle all the details.

    For events that require a larger team, we will handle vendor sourcing and coordination with production companies to help create your special moment.
