Our goal is simple: to allow you to be fully present and enjoy every moment without stress or distractions. This service is ideal for weddings, bridal and baby showers and any other events that require you to be fully present.
On your special day, you are the star of the show—and your dedicated coordinator will be behind the scenes, managing the logistics and the flow of the timeline so you can simply be present, feel the love, and enjoy every moment with your loved ones.

Our Approach
Our approach to Day-of Coordination is designed to ensure that the wedding you've planned unfolds just the way you envisioned it. Consultation > Introduction > Management > Coordination. We step in during the final stretch to manage all the moving parts, allowing you to be fully present, stress-free, and in the moment.
Consultation
We’ll begin with a one-on-one consultation to learn about your wedding plans, priorities, and any special details that matter most to you. This is our time to listen, take notes, and understand the vision you’ve been crafting.
Introduction
Once you're booked and about 30 days out we’ll introduce ourselves to your vendor team, review contracts, and begin communication on your behalf. We make sure everyone is aligned, informed, and prepared for your wedding day.
Management
We create a comprehensive wedding day timeline tailored to your event. We’ll confirm vendor arrival times, review setup and layout details, and finalize logistics.
Coordination
On your wedding day, our team is on-site to manage the flow of the event, cue your ceremony and reception moments, oversee decor and setup, assist your guests, and handle any surprises—so you don’t have to. We’re the calm in the chaos.

Yes! We have event insurance for weddings and events in the United States. We are happy to provide our COI to your wedding venue.

Our process is pretty straightforward, that way you can decide to be as inclusive or as hands-off as you like.
We start by reviewing your inquiry, then we’ll send over a proposal if we determine that the date and event details are workable, or we’ll schedule a 1:1 consultation if more information is needed to proceed. Throughout the entire process, we are available by email or phone to answer any questions you may have.
