Day-of Coordination also referred to as Month-of Coordination covers various aspects of wedding management, from coordinating those final details with your wedding vendors, to the development of your master wedding timeline. Hiring a day-of coordinator will alleviate all the last minute wedding stress and allow you to enjoy your wedding with your loved ones. Even though it’s termed “day-of,” the level of work involved is extensive; usually beginning in the final weeks leading up to your wedding. For Month-of Coordination, we typically begin working with our couples about four to six weeks prior to their wedding date to gather all their information, confirm venue and vendor logistics, and step into the driver’s seat - acting as the wedding point of contact from that moment on.
