Month-of Coordination also referred to as Day-of Coordination covers various aspects of wedding management, from coordinating those final details with your wedding vendors, to the development of your master wedding timeline.
Investing in an experienced day-of coordinator is designed to alleviate all the last minute wedding stress and allow you and your fiancé to enjoy the weeks leading up to your wedding without distractions. Even though it’s termed “day-of,” the level of care and attention-to-detail involved is extensive, and that is why we begin coordination weeks prior to your wedding day so no detail (big or small) is overlooked. We effectively coordinate with your vendors and handle all communication on your behalf and by the time your big day arrives, we know your plans, likes and dislikes as well as you do! We’re on the ground overseeing venue setup, vendor logistics and handling the flow of the day on your behalf.

Our most desired collection - Month-of Coordination with Partial Planning support, ideal for couples who want guidance after securing their venue, but don’t need full-service planning.
For Month-of Coordination, we begin working with our couples four to six weeks prior to their wedding date to gather all their information, confirm venue and vendor logistics, and step into the driver’s seat, acting as the point of contact from that moment on.
