A Day-of Coordinator ensures your wedding day runs seamlessly from start to finish. While the title suggests we step in on the wedding day itself, our involvement begins weeks prior with vendor communication and a clear execution strategy.

We begin coordination several weeks before your wedding day. This allows us to fully understand your vision, preferences, and priorities, connect with your vendor team, and address any potential gaps before your big day.

Getting started is simple. Start by filling out an Inquiry Form. A team member will get back to you within 48 hours to schedule an introductory call. After the call, if it’s a perfect fit, we’ll extend an invitation to become an Urbanica couple. If it’s not an ideal fit, we’ll send you some other great recommendations!
