Urbanica Luxury Events offers a wedding day Bridal Concierge service available for hire in South Florida and travel. Our process is simple, thoughtful, and designed with a seamless (pun intended) wedding day experience in mind. Your Concierge will focus exclusively on your attire, comfort, and styling needs, from dressing and steaming touch-ups to bustle assistance and portrait support.
WHAT IS A BRIDAL CONCIERGE?
A Bridal Concierge, also known as your Bridal Assistant or wedding day personal assistant is a professional hired to take care of the bride’s personal needs on the wedding day. This service focuses on the needs and the comfort of the bride and her wedding party.
Our Bridal Concierge Services

Steaming touchups of the wedding dress, veil, accessories and reception dress. Your Bridal Concierge will also steam your wedding party’s robes and/or bridesmaids dresses if time allows.
Light organization of the getting-ready space for detail shots and getting ready photos.

Accompanying the bride and positioning wedding attire for photos. Ensuring dress and veil is perfectly laid for bridal portraits.
Preparing the bride’s train and veil before her walk down the aisle.
Assisting with minor wardrobe malfunctions, bouquet handling and basic first aid. Urbancia Emergency Kit included.

Your Bridal Concierge will bustle your wedding dress before your grand entrance/reception.

5:30 PM - Cocktail Hour Photos - ensure bride’s dress is perfect for the duration of photos
5:45 PM - Bustle the bride’s wedding dress
6:00 PM - Bridal Concierge services complete

Bridal Concierge Pricing for South Florida Weddings
Our Bridal Concierge service is designed for the bride who wants dedicated, on-site personal support on wedding day. Our Concierge pricing starts at $650, and standard coverage window up to 5 hours, includes Getting ready → Ceremonial transition → Bustle.
Additional hours may be billed at a $120/hourly rate.
